Privacy policy for askesis.academy

askesis.academy is a static website and does not collect personal data directly through forms on the site.
When you follow links to external services (Google Forms, Moodle at learn.askesis.academy, etc.), the privacy policies of those respective platforms apply.
The web server automatically records technical data about visits: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system. This data is used solely for server maintenance and is not shared with third parties.
Logs are retained for no more than 30 days.
Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — ensuring the security and proper operation of the website.
This site does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts.
The enrollment form is hosted on Google Forms. Data you enter is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Information submitted via forms is used solely for course enrollment and delivery of Moodle credentials. It is not shared with third parties.
The learning platform at learn.askesis.academy runs on Moodle. Upon enrollment you create an account on the platform. Data is processed in accordance with the platform's settings and stored on the same server (Hetzner Cloud, EU).
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (data protection authority) in your country of residence.
