Because "understanding" and "holding the form when resistance appears" are two different kinds of knowledge. The first is acquired through text. The second — only through a completed cycle.
The Academy doesn't add new knowledge of the first kind. It creates conditions for the transition to the second and third.
One cycle. One physical action per day. Daily tracking: from describing what happened — to an operational decision about what changes.
