Host-Sponsored Practice Lab
Over three to four weeks, members of a professional community test a small practice in one real situation and review what happens.
Your situation
Your community has capable people and worthwhile topics. You want participants to try something in their own work and leave with a record they can use afterwards.
What you receive
You receive three or four live sessions, a private workbook for each participant, a written alternative for missed sessions and an anonymised closing note for the host.
How we work
- Agree who the lab serves, what participants will try, the calendar and how information may be shared.
- Help participants choose a direction, test a small practice and review their observations.
- Review patterns and limits with the host and discuss a suitable next step.
Scope and limits
The lab is for 12–25 participants, with a host, a sponsor and an agreed calendar. It does not include individual coaching, platform development or reports on participants’ personal qualities.
